​Do SHEER Offer Warranty?

YES! We do! Depending on your model, we have 1-3 years International Limited Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Info for more details.

​Where Do You Ship?

We ship to most locations worldwide. For shipping within Malaysia, it will from RM8-14. As for shipping outside Malaysia, charges may vary depend on locations. Please note that there are some locations that may not be available. Please double check with us before order to confirm. Shipping usually take 3-5 working days within Malaysia. 7-14 days outside Malaysia.

What Is The Order Process?

All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders. You will receive a communication via email/ sms/ social media with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse
*These delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery time. If you are experiencing issues with your shipment, please send an email over to sheerwatch@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we are able!
*Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the Malaysia may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT SHEER Watch. Customs processing varies in each country so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office. If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to sheerwatch@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, SHEER Watch is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. 

Why The Currency Changed When I Checkout?

Our primary currency is USD. That being said, we deployed a system that converts to your currency based on your location. Hence you will see the price in your local currency while browsing our website. 

However, our payment currency is still based on our USD price, which is why during checkouts, you will see the price in USD.

Don't worry, it is still the same price that you see in your local currency.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

Warranty term: One -Three year from the date of purchase as per product description. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, dial, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact info on the "contact us" section. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, warranty card unique number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Warranty Claim shipping claim shall be borne by customer, while return shipping is paid by SHEER. If SHEER cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
  • Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
  • If the warranty card unique number is not submitted along with the watch.
  • Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
    The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

We want you to feel safe and confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. All our products have been quality controlled by professionals. You may return any unused SHEER products in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back.

Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return shipment. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties, which we will assess against you retroactively.
